WORST customer service ever!!! The place is nasty and not clean... I've never got a thank you or a simple hello, let alone a total for my sale. I said hello to the young lady there 3 times with no response just a blank face. As much as I hate going in there I still go just for the x2 drink they have there, I won't eat the food. Today is my last day ever going in there, they just don't appreciate the business. MEMO to the owner, get new employees ASAP. Your Resturant used to be clean and the staff was awesome, if you care about your business I would attend to it immediately.

This was once the best Subway in the area, but over the last few months the quality of service has gone downhill. If you're looking for a good Subway, drive the extra few minutes to Highland (M-59) and Pontiac Lake

Does anyone know how to find out who owns this dump? My family and I went in yesterday 7/12/17 for dinner and there was a larger woman behind the counter not in uniform screaming on the phone to supposedly the "manager", saying all kinds of profanities infront of my 3 children and when we mentioned it she yelled at us... while 2 younger guys just stood there. The store was disgusting, not stocked... hardly any bread. I will be calling everywhere I can to make sure this nasty place is investigated and this "woman" loses her job.
