City Centre Animal Clinic, Airdrie

I took my puppy to City Centre Animal Hospital for a hernia repair and to get neutered. We had such a great experience with Dr. Gupta and Dr. Singh. They were very professional and walked me through the entire procedure to ensure I felt comfortable. The nurse, Melissa, was absolutely wonderful and thoroughly explained the pre-procedure consent and post-op care information. Everyone went above and beyond to make the procedures as straightforward as possible and ensure we felt comfortable when everything was done. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of our pets! They’re a really great team.

Very impressed with level of care shown to my new Rescue kitty. Dr Singh was recommended by Tails to Tell Rescue and he has not disappointed. He is experienced and knowledgeable; doesn’t recommend things really not needed. I feel safe and confident my cat has and will continue to receive quality care. They are also open 7 days a week with excellent hours to accommodate all work and life scenarios. Centrally located close to my home too so no long drives. Highly recommend.

We took our 12 week old Golden Retriever for his health check and second vaccination. The owner at Hightails Pet resort highly recommended them as she uses them as her consulting vets. We used to use Airdrie Animal clinic for 10 years but found their level of service has gone down over the years with a different vet every time I went and less knowledgeable front staff also. We saw Dr Singh at City Centre. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with Charlie. He offered some great advice on his care and when was the best time to neuter him for his health and growth. The office is brand new and very clean. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great hours open 8:00-8:00 7 days a week. Their prices are also lower than Airdrie Animal Clinic and don’t request that you do excessive testing and procedures like I’ve heard that Heartland does. I highly recommend City Centre Animal Clinic.

Everyone was very helpful, we felt that everyone from reception to the vets really cared about Luna and her welfare. Clinic was clean, and not too busy which was very calming. We came in as basically a walk in and we were treated like we had been going to you guys for years. We will be making city center animal hospital our primary vet clinic from now on. Our whole family thanks you for helping Luna in our time of need. Thanks to you she is still with us, and we hope that she can have a few more years with us with your help.

I couldn’t get an emergency appointment for my pup with my regular vet and the referral they did give me also couldn’t get me in the same day. I found CCAH via google. When I called them they were able to get my pup in for an appointment within the hour. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, informative and compassionate. Going forward, I will definitely be taking both my pups to CCAH in Airdrie for their regular checkups and any other urgent care matters. Thank you to all the staff at CCAH

My vet is Dr. Singh. I always appreciate the time he takes to fully explain anything that may be going on with my pets in a way that I can understand. Together we decide on a practical course of action. I have never felt pressured to spend extra money on tests or medications that are not necessary. It's the straightforward honesty that keeps me going back.

Friendly and attentive staff. All the doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable and they treat your dog with patience and kindness even if your dog is a anxious like mine. Prices are reasonable and they only do the necessary procedures and consult you the whole time if you want something else. They have just recently moved to a new location which is much bigger and very very nice and clean. You can always get an appointment here as there working hours are longer than most other vets. I have been coming here for 4 years and I'm really happy I bring my dog here. Thanks to everyone who works here !!

Took my senior dog here for the first time. Dr. Rehal was great with him and very attentative to all of my wife's questions. We were treated like we had been going there for years, not up sold/taken advantage of, and the girls at the front counter were the icing on the cake. The building is large, bright, clean, and fresh coffee and water was offered. Thanks for the great service today, we will be back!
