Where shall I start…dinner for one; tasteless chicken chow main contained absolutely nothing but 7-8 pieces of white blanched chicken, not one piece of veg, accompanied by over deep fried and crispy ginger beef and sweet and sour pork, which contained only 3-4 pieces of edible tender pork.  Dining area, and washroom, are in desperate need of a deep clean and some TLC.  We noted filthy carpeting throughout, several burnt out lightbulbs, dirty thin plastic table coverings, jaggedly cut to size, and a disgusting fish tank.  Made us wonder what the kitchen looks like.  We will never be back.

Maybe it was a bad day for them? Ordered pickup for 6, food was late, as well as cold. Quality is okay, and overall service is alright.  Again, maybe just a bad day for them, but will look into other locations to order from next time.

Some of the worst food I've had in a long time. Dumplings were raw, wonton soup was tasteless and I'm not sure what the chop suey was supposed to be. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the veggie chowmein and spring rolls. Chowmein was ok although a little bland for my liking. The spring rolls were excellent and flavorful and i would recomend them to compliment someone's meal. Price was very fair for the portion size and i do feel full after eating the chowmein and springrolls.

Food was not great got the chow mein and my friend got fried rice both tasted old and flavorless service was ok sweet older lady, bathroom was dirty.Food: 1/5

Horrible tasting food,just couldn't eat much of it so I gave some to the dogs and they wouldn't it either.

Removed there only real affordable student priced combination's and with already just average food this changes my review to a 2 star. Much better chinese elsewhere this isin't it.

Excellent Western Chinese food. We ordered 4 dishes plus spring rolls and it was enough for dinner and breakfast for two hungry cyclists. Everything was great, but the Singapore style chow mein especially had the perfect amount of heat and was so aromatic I was almost satisfied with just smelling it. Very friendly service and quick as well.

Always an enjoyable meal from Happy House! Run by a husband and wife team, they are kind and care about their customers. I live in Penticton, but make an effort to order from here when traveling through, I am never disappointed!
