Best service ever!! I felt like a VIP. Food was fresh & delicious and everyone looked so happy to be there! I will definitely be back. I'm from THE USA we don't have Mozza Burgers or gravy for fries, so this was really exciting for me!

Highly recommend this spot in Summerland. The staff are always smiling. The food is always the way it should be, not hastily put together. The front of house is always getting cleaned. There is always a clean table! The coffee is fresh and delicious every morning we are there.

The location of the drive-thru here is not ideal. It’s attached to a very busy gas station so getting in and out is not very easy. If you have a large vehicle you will have to make a few point turn as it’s a very tight turn to get to the pickup window. The food is ok but it seems like their portions have decreased over the years. Their customer service is excellent on the other hand.

Best A&W I've ever been to! Fast quality food and excellent customer service the workers there are so friendly. I came down on MS Day in support by buying a teen burger, and there was a car show with loads of cars. Definitely recommend stopping by for a bite to eat.

Visiting this location the only fast food in the town other than DQ for over 4 years, and the new management is only capable of overcooked burgers, sloppy presentation, toppings that were never ordered, and soggy fries. Disgusting, overpriced and the only consistency is the terrible preparation. The service is fine. If you want a better experience, visit the Penticton location, as it is producing much better results.nBegging someone local to purchase this franchise, and restore some level of respect towards the food they serve.
