This place is always busy, rightfully. It has the right vibe, good customer service and great food. They menu changed slightly which is nice for the update. They seem to have a lot of groups coming in, probably because of the size of the place to accommodate. The prices are ok. Would recommend this place!

Average taste. Short happy hour menu. Happy hour drinks were white and red wine only. Customer service mediocre. Good location.

Service during Hapa Hour was poor. Experience with service was unattentive. Our drinks were empty for a long period of time before a server noticed. When we asked about our tacos, the response was "If you ordered it, then they should be coming". How about, I'M SORRY, I'll go check on that?! Other than that, food was good. Hapa Hour is good value.

Delicious Japanese fusion food. Service was quite fast too. Tried kne of their cocktail and it was pretty good too. Place can be busy on a Thursday and Friday evening so make sure you have a reservation. And for their gift cards, activate it prior to going to the place. I'd definitely go back as I had a good experience there.

Modern izakaya atmosphere. Great food. Friendly service. Convenient location if you're close to the convention centre.
