The massage is always great. But you can’t relax, you always hear staff laughing and chatting. They are so loud. Not a great thing to hear when you pay a lot of money to relax. Probably been 12 times  and almost every single time I have the same problem.  you still hear them with ear plugs on. not good!

I love the staff at Hand & Stone! Everyone is so friendly, the therapists are all extremely skilled, and there's just a great atmosphere overall. It's always a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff who make you feel comfortable from the moment you enter the door.  Will not mention my Masseuse because I don't want him fully booked up.

I love Hand & Stone Jarvis. Their RMTs are great and I have been going there for almost a year now. I travel almost an hour on TTC as all the massages I have received have been great.
