Dr Mehran Tabrizi is an incredible chiropractor, professional, efficient and extremely kind. During my first visit, he released my arm which I could not move past a certain point for years. I kept visiting him for back and shoulder pain. He provided me relief every time and gave me advices and exercices on how to improve my posture. I definitely recommend him.
This facility is amazing - from the kind and helpful staff, to the ambiance, and the services. Having recently moved into the core, it has been difficult to find a gem like Integrative. I highly recommend them. Also, I don't know how you find your RMTs but they are THE most magical people ever. I have repeatedly had the best massages of my life at your facility.
Great RMTs, nice environment. Had Milly today and she was great. Had Yvette & Odette in the past and the were awesome. The past secretary was great. Today I’m sorry the secretary could have mentioned about what her criteria for tipping is. These ladies work hard and I think they should get tipped. Today the secretary said she doesn’t mention it unless the client does. But how would I know to mention it when they first thing she said to me was the price and had the pin pad all setup. The pin pad doesn’t even allow you to tip. I ended up doing a separate transaction to tip.
I couldn't be happier with the high level of professional service that I consistently receive at the Integrative Health Institute. From the moment you walk into the clinic, the welcoming staff and tranquil environment initiate the healing process that servers as an industry benchmark which all other clinics should aim to achieve. I have been a loyal massage therapy, chiropractic, and naturopathic client since I stumbled upon this gem a few years ago and I can’t fathom looking elsewhere for my various health needs. If you’re looking for the best of what downtown Toronto has to offer at a very competitive price you have to make an appointment to experience the clinic for yourself.
This may seem dramatic, but Dr. Mehran Tabrizi changed my life. I came in with back, knee and shoulder pain. He taught me what I needed to change and my pain was gone almost right away. He showed how his unique philosophy of how the mind and body work as one. What most chiro, physio and sports medicine practitioners do is treat the problem. He treats the patient and turns the idea of 'treatment' on it's head. I am going to leave it at this because you need to experience a meeting with him. Regardless if you have pain or not, I guarantee he will be able to improve your quality of life. He is a fascinating and captivating personality. I would give him 10 stars if possible.
I've had nothing but positive experiences during all of my appointments here at Integrative Health Institute. All of the staff from the administrative team to the medical staff make you feel valued and welcome. I would highly recommend Integrative Health Institute to anyone looking for alternative medical care, registered massage therapy or cognitive therapy.
Dr. T is the absolute best. He is a student of humanity and his brainfullness ideas are so very helpful in navigating our bodies & lives. At my last visit he said I need to let go of the 'tyranny of perfection'...life changing guidance from a trusted, incredible person!
I've been going to IHI for help with chronic lower back pain for a few years now, seeing Amanda Mroz for massage therapy and Dr. Tabrizi for chiropractic treatments. Amanda is friendly, attentive and seems to intuitively know what needs attention. Dr. Tabrizi is a wealth of knowledge and is always ready to guide me and offer advice on how I can independently improve things. Also, the admin staff is wonderful, they always make me feel very welcome. It's been a big learning process for me but I'm happy to say that I can now go about my day to day life without worrying about pain getting in the way. Overall I'm just really happy that I gave this a try, it's made a huge difference in my physical well-being!
I've been going to the Integrative Health Institute for just under a year and have seen steady improvements thanks to Dr. Erin Wiley. The centre is clean and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. They provide a hassle free atmosphere and offer a full range of workshops and events on a monthly basis that makes the centre feel more like a vibrant community. I would highly recommend the naturopathic, acupuncture, and functional movement and medicine services.
As a former competitive athlete, I have been to many different chiropractors and osteopaths in several countries. In my opinion there are two types of chiro: Type 1 - The ones who simply look at you, don't say much, and make a significant difference on your overall well-being when you walk out of their practice. Type 2 - The ones who do too much talking, little work... Something that they could fix in one session will take two or three up to 10 sometimes according to them. Dr. Tabrizi was quite friendly and seemed knowledgeable about his work. However, he belongs to the second category of chiropractors listed above. From my personal experience, the "adjustments" that he did made little to no difference. When I go to the chiropractor/osteopath, I don't expect an intense back cracking or "wrestling match", but after over 10 years of visiting these specialists, I know what makes a difference and what doesn't. At the end of the day I am not a doctor, but from my personal experience, I have walked in chiropractors with the exact same issue and was adjusted in one session. This time with Dr Tabrizi, I feel like I wasted $100 and half a day of work...
