Their Stylist, Tamara, is the literal best! I had been looking for a new hairstylist after the place I used to go closed down during the pandemic, then I found her and I will continue to see her. She took great care of me and my changing hair and gave me many suggestions on how to care for it while it transitions naturally from wavy to curly. My experience was great and I will definitely be going back to her again to for everything from a trim to a style, to a curl treatment! I cannot recommend Tamara enough!Service: Hairstyling
Unfortunately I don't recommend this salon. Overpriced, outdated, unprofessional. I came here to do a keratin treatment and cut. Although my stylist was very polite, and did a great job on my hair, I don't feel its right to charge $100 for whatever reason more, when it was just a keratin treatment and a trim. It clearly says $300 for keratin/hair cut and I was charged $400. She had said she would let me know the price before we started but I found out when I was finished. If I knew it was that much I would have never agreed, but I am not one to start a scene. Regardless if you are a Jr or Sr hair stylist, its a keratin treatment...the next Salon over was only charging $285, I will go there next time. Then the customer beside me was freaking out for 10 minutes about her haircut and her stylist seemed clueless of how to help. Easily bringing out your phone and showing pictures or ideas could have easily calmed her down. I'd highly recommend for this store to get some stylist who care more about their clients, than just getting money. And please change the false advertising on your mirror in the front of the store.Service: Keratin treatments
Customer service is excellent. Been going to Stephanie from Curio Beauty, so now she is at Natural Solutions so my reason to go there. She is one knowledgeable lady and just know how to give the best advice on hair care. You need people to not just take your money but give you service that impacts positively. Tried my their manicure and pedicure too, definitely recommend the service here.
I had a great experience, my stylist - Tamera was the sweetest and the most professional person ever! It was such a scam. Anyway it’s truly a deceitful business manner not to inform customers about the full price and details in the first place. Please don’t practice this sales tactic to innocent customers again. People are not naive anymore as you can think. The receptionist informed me that it’s only $45 for a lady hair cut and I ended up paying more than $60 for my service. This is already a negotiated price after my explanation with them. No one had informed me about the additional cost due to the length of my hair. I already had a short hair before. I guess I should feel grateful for my even hair then.Service: Hairstyling
No wonder there is 3.3 stars! I went today for my hair highlights in natural solutions STC branch. The lady who was assigned to me was hard to interact as we were not able to communicate effectively. There is a girl named Amanda to whom I seek help. My concern was the skyrocketed prices they told me. It was good that I had a prior experience in this spa and got an idea of prices. Last time all dyeing, highlights and hair cut was less than $300. This time they told me $275 for highlights, $75 for root touch ups which I don’t understood because it is suppose to be a one process which started with hair priming with first bleaching, dyeing and later highlights. Also she was asking additional cost for blow drying!!! I told Amanda about the prices of my previous service. She responded that the girl was in low level why they give me a low level service? and now this lady is a DIRECTOR! It was overwhelmingly uncomfortable situation. When I ask Amanda that I wanna talk to superior one like manager she refused by saying that the requested person is not available. She was not either ready to help me further regarding communication with supervisor. It was so upsetting to be treated like this! I never had this experience before in my whole life. The staff is suppose to be helpful. I would suggest the organization to train their staff in advance customer service courses.
Extremely disappointed by the lack of service and consideration provided today. I had called in the day before to request a haircut and specified that I didn’t need a senior stylist just needed a basic trim, the receptionist proceeded to ask me when I wanted to come in and booked me in for the next day. I got to my appointment today to find out that there were only senior stylists available at the senior stylist price. Understandably, things could’ve changed with scheduling which I could’ve been informed of via phone call before I wasted my time going to the mall for the appointment after making arrangements for my 6-week old to be taken care of. The alarming part of it all was that the receptionist didn’t apologize for this and seemed like it was all normal and expected me to go with the senior stylist - it felt really deceiving and was a poor experience overall. I’d caution anyone looking to go here for any service as their front desk organizing everything isn’t reliable or considerate. - Juliana
I’m so disgusted with this salon. My daughter came in this afternoon for a haircut. First hairdresser completely botched her hair, it was a chin length bob. The ends are jagged and uneven but that’s not the worst part. He cut his hand a few times and then got his blood on neck and it leaked all over her canvas bag. A senior hairdresser had to rewash and recut her hair. Despite this horrific experience they still charged her $80 for the haircut. When I called to speak to the manager I got a weak apology from the receptionist who refused to give me the number to head office and hung up on me twice. Disgusting.
Excellent! I got my hair cut here today. 10000% Stella is quite professional and she made exactly what I want. Highly recommend here!
Stephanie did my haircut and was great, really friendly, however, she missed a piece to cut on the left of my hair. I didn’t notice because she styled my hair in a beach wave right after the cut instead of showing me. Honest mistake. Keep in mind, I wash my hair once or twice a week. I wash it after a few days and notice it’s uneven.. I called to have it fixed, couldn’t get a hold of anyone for two days. Lines were always busy. Finally got a hold of someone on Instagram and booked for one day after the one week free period as I work full time and went on a Thursday when I had a random day off. Unfortunately I had to work late today Friday, called to reschedule and was told I could only come for 11:15am Saturday tomorrow which I can’t - my son has tutoring. People have lives, this left a bad taste in my mouth. They acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I didn’t pay $85 plus tax and tip so $115 total to have uneven hair. She called back later and suddenly could accommodate for 4:15 but I already have a bad taste in my mouth and won’t be going back here. I understand businesses have policies but is it worth ruining a relationship over? I work a full time job and I’m a single mom. My time is limited. Would two extra days really hurt? Paying a decent amount for a haircut at least I would like to have even hair. This is nothing against Stephanie, we all make mistakes. It would’ve been a super quick fix. 5 mins tops. Just very unhappy with how their manager handled this situation.Services: Hair coloring
