I had an amazing experience with their staff and place. Everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The jacuzzi and sauna was also very enjoyable I'll comeback for sure! Thank you a lot specially to the person who made me the massage ‍

I'm happy that spazen has reopened since june 2022. It's always nice to be back the the wonderful atmosphere that spazen presents them with all the time. I missed them.

My partner and I had such a relaxing time at SpaZen. We arrived early, and spent some time lounging and in the hot tub. We were the last massages of the day, so we had the place practically to ourselves! So so nice. Massages were great, and they really listened to what we had to say. We can’t remember our massage therapists’ names, but whoever was working until close on February 16th deserves a raise!

Absolutely loved my first spa experience there! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would be better if there was a sauna. 60 minutes is not enough,it was great, go for as long as you can, you'll leave wanting more. Thank you so much Hannah! I got a 60 minutes relaxation massage Tips: bring a swimsuit to go in the jacuzzi and to shower after. There are reading materials,but you can bring a book too. Don't do anything after the spa, just get a room or go home and relax.

What a wonderful massage with Yanina. She was fantastic. I left there totally relaxed. Very clean spa. Staff is great and prompt at taking you in. Really nice experience. I can't wait to book my next massage.

Very relaxing feeling the second you walk in, the RMT's are very qualified and are extremely professional and friendly. Decent size hot tub that you can use either before or after your appointment, change rooms are well kept and clean and they provided you a key to use the locker while you are there.

First of all. The two ladies up front including Natasha is amazing they greeted us with a smile and showed us around the spa and where to put our cloths in the locker room. The spa is a bit small. But still very nicely layed out. I happen to go when it wasn't to busy so it was nice and silent. The hot tub in the middle is very very relaxing. I picked the 45min relaxing massage and 45min pedi package for my girls birthday and she loved it. When going there. the person I strongly recommend to do your services is Yamuna! She is very nice and really caters to you. She is very amazing. My girl said her pedi and massages are 5stars lol. Overall PROS: Amazing staff a lady in the front desk. I didn't get her name including Natasha are very welcoming. YAmuna best massuse along with other services. Very nice and relaxing layed out spa plus you get a glass of campaign! CONS: SMALL space, no sauna room around the relaxing area. Unsure if they have it in the massage rooms upstairs. Bathroom is small and had a weird smell. Same with my girls side. She said the same. Nothing terrible just need a tiny bit more attention. Over all I definitely recommend to anyone to go there!!! Messages are so amazing!! You would love it!!

From the moment we stepped in to Spa Zen we were whisked away to an oasis of tranquility. My girlfriend and I work extremely stressful jobs and some times need to unwind, and Yanina ensured my massage left me in total bliss. Looking forward to returning soon, this time with space in the calendar to enjoy the jacuzzi.

POOR service, especially the massages.Great atmosphere, kind staff. My visit earlier on in the year was terrible with the "Relaxation" massage therapist. Most recently I decided to book my service with an "RMT" the massage was slightly better but not the greatest or worth the money IMO. I also found it weird and unhygienic that after the therapist has massaged my entire body with oil..feet included + scalp massage she did not was her hands before beginning my facial. What kind of practice is that?Overall overpriced and not worthy of the pricing. You can definitely find a better value for your buck elsewhere in the city.

Have been coming here for years, and service is only getting better- We always arrived about 30 mins prior, which allowed us to unwind before RMT service. Our RMTs- always the same 2 ladies are extremely gentle and kind. No matter how long between visits they remember us. We like to book early we got to enjoy the jacuzzi and spa extras alone. Great customer service, very clean!
