Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Very accommodating, very friendly! The owner was very visable and personal. Nancy did my massage twice and remembered me and asked many questions. I love the hot stones!

My wife won a free massage at a Cancer benefit at the Saloon on Calhoun last year. My wife has stage four cancer and used the services of the same company in Menomonee Falls and had a great experience, she had to fill out some paperwork to make sure the company knew what meds she was on and she had no problem doing so. She was so happy with the massage she purchased another one and we found that a new location opened up closer to our home she booked an appointment at the Waukesha Branch. My booked a facial instead of the massage this time and when she showed up my wife asked to fill out the paperwork like she did at the Menomonee Falls branch and the receptionist told her that due to the fact that she has cancer and is on meds she cannot ever get a facial so she asked if she could get a massage and the receptionist said that she cannot get any service there. Which is funny because she just had a message in Menomonee Falls. I guess you as a company can support breast cancer and other types of cancer to put on a good front but if you are sick with cancer than don't come to the store. My wife has very little things to look forward to and when people treat her like a outcast it hurts. The sad part is that the owner was in the back and stayed back there. The receptionist said that it states it on the web site and we looked last night and there is nothing. I am sure by the next day there will be a whole page saying it, I would like to say thank you for putting my wife in tears and sending her on her merry way. What a terrible experience. Thank you Chris Wilson I would have given lower stars but there is no negative button.

Had the worst massage of my life at this place. Do not recommend stay away!!!
