Anton's Salon & M Spa - Pewaukee

Wedding Up-Do Fiasco! I took my daughter to have her hair done for her wedding at Anton's in Pewaukee. She had a trial up-do on a previous day and it was great and the up do lasted all day long. So on the actual wedding day, again the hair looked wonderful....but.....2 hours later when the pre-wedding photos were being taken her hair started falling. We realized there were not many bobby pins and barely any hairspray used. The bridesmaids were pulling hair pins out of their hair to keep the brides looking good but soon after dinner was over the whole thing collapsed down. I called Anton's and told them what happened and they offered to refund 1/2 the cost - oh and by the way there's a 10.00 reprocessing fee to be taken out of the refund. Can anyone say "let's add insult to injury" or "what poor excuse for customer service" or hmmmm maybe should have refunded the whole thing?

Wonderful salon! I got my hair cut and highlighted once here while searching for a good salon in the area, and I kept coming back. It is the only salon that I go to now.

Olivia did a wonderful job with my overall color, highlights, and cut. She's always got great suggestions and really listens to what I want. I'd recommend her to anyone!

I had Jess do my hair, and she was the sweetest lady ever!! Right away she offered me something to drink, made me feel comfortable and left my hair looking just how I wanted it. I'm so happy with the result! I will definitely be coming back!
