Worst experience ever.  Way overpriced for mediocre service.  Excessive charges for brides.  Quote one price, charge another.  Desk staff says they receive numerous complaints because customers are overcharged.  Stylists not as good as they think they are.  Hair fell apart before I even left the salon.  Management and Owner should stop looking down their noses at customers and listen to reason.  Brides beware.  Would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I Made an Appointment  online for an up-do.  I received a confirmation email stating that my hair would cost $67.  Once they found out I was there to get my hair done for my wedding they decided to charge me $115.  They up-charge a bride for no reason?  I got no special treatment.  There was no reason for them to charge so much for a bridal up-do.

I made an appointment for my 15 year old daughter to get a spiral perm... Morgan was her stylist and really took the time to make sure her hair was ready. After performing a "test" Morgan thought it would be best to wait. Morgan took the time to really educate my daughter and help her understand how to treat her hair. My daughter left with a beautiful cut and style not to mention a grateful attitude. Morgan didn't just give her a perm and ruin her hair. Thank You Morgan!
