Bonness MD Cosmetic Surgery

The barrage of unanswered emails and inability to initially contact the office should have been a foretelling sign, but I opted to give Bonness the benefit of the doubt and forge forward with an appointment for laser treatment. I arrived, was greeted and took a seat in the waiting room. The total wait time was 11 minutes, which is more than I have experienced at other medi-spas. Time is valuable to me, and this is not necessarily conveyed through practice of the employees. Nevertheless, I was finally called and brought into a back room. In approximately 3 minutes I was told I couldn’t be treated because of my “skin type.” I have never experienced such an abrupt response at any other treatment facility and was thrown for a loop. The associate left the room to consult with someone, came back in and said they might be able to do it, but would need my consent to speak to another medi-spa. Enter the second baffling look on my face. More discussion, and then the associate left again, only to come back with a folder and pamphlets. She said she would love to treat my ‘condition,’ but at that point she was not able to offer a solution….a bit nonsensical, yes, but again I forged forward with a positive attitude. It was at that point that she started spouting off board certified credentials, which was of no benefit or interest to me. It was a strange experience indeed. I have since moved on to booking an appointment elsewhere, which was done with ease. And, I will share this experience with others at work and in my circle of friends, as I would not recommend Bonness.

This is one of the most fabulous spas I have been to . The staff is so friendly and helpful! The Doctor is one of the sweetest and most caring and gentle Doctors I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with! I would definitely recommend if your looking for fabulous and very fair priced service. I can not say enough great things about this spa. Thank you!!!! Everyone here is very friendly and professional. They have been on time for every appointment. My surgery went exactly as they had explained. I woke up from surgery with next to no pain and no nausea. I am so happy with everything, if I could go back with what I know now, I would have done this a long time ago.

Dr. Bonness came highly recommended to me from another doctor. I had already had a great consult with a well-known and respected doctor, but had read that you should always have multiple consults, and I am so glad I did! It truly was a wonderful experience! The facility is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is highly qualified but also have amazing customer service-a combination hard to find these days! I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Bonness is very warm and friendly. What I liked about this consult compared to a previous one I've had was that she really tailors it to you specifically rather than being general. She is a straight shooter and is not afraid to voice her recommendations but listens very closely to what you're looking for. I left with a confidence and excitement that I lacked after other consults. Although I have not had my procedure yet, I would highly recommend at least having a consult with this Dr. and taking the time to see some of her before/after results and reviews, you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love the Bonness Spa......... Having a facial ... WOW .... it's a wonderful feeling and the staff are experts who know how to make you feel and look great. I have so much more confidence in aging now that I know I'm working with Bonness Spa and I have my own skin specialist. I truly look forward to my next facial... I'm sold and I will definitely continue to have facials on a monthly basis. Its totally worth it.
