Facilities are nice, modern amenities and fixtures, great location. Breakfast staff is attentive and friendly. Front desk service was average, not much of a welcome for guests that stay frequently.Walls are pretty thin and hotel is noisy due to multiple wedding blocks.

We used this hotel for our wedding room block and were so glad our out of town guests were well taken care of. The hotel is so clean, beautiful and the staff was really great. We were so happy to be able to gather in the foyer after the wedding to say our goodnights. The hotel surprised us with champagne on our wedding night. We were also really grateful for the shuttle service -- and I'm sure our guests were, too!

Amazing hotel! Very clean & comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. My daughter forgot her brand new heels on our Christmas Eve visit & they contacted us immediately and held them several days until we could pick them up! Wonderful management & staff in ALL departments! Highly recommend anybody to stay there. Even for a "Stay-cation"!

New hotel that looks beautiful inside and out. Breakfast is standard, solid Hampton Inn breakfast. Fitness room has treadmills, elliptical, bike, free weights and cable machine. Customer service is what gets the place it's mediocre score. Front desk staff don't seem to care and/or overwhelmed.

Booked this hotel months in advance for a room block after my wedding reception. Guests informed me soon after sending out invites that the hotel did not have record of our room block for that weekend, claiming to have never received our contract. Turns out they did have it, but it was not in the computer system yet. Jessica, the manager, was apparently the only person in the entire hotel who was able to assist us in any way partly useful, and she was never in the physical hotel. The only method of communication was via email which was difficult. They were helpful in getting us more rooms in the block when needed, it just took a little bit of time until we could reach Jessica directly for her to do it for us. The day before our wedding, the groom and a few groomsmen stopped by the hotel to just confirm everything for the next day. In our contract, we were promised a shuttle to and from the hotel/reception venue if we had over 10 rooms booked in the block. We had over 30 rooms booked, and the day before our wedding the hotel had no idea we needed a shuttle and did not have one for us. They ended up finding a shuttle for our guests at the last minute, but very unprofessional on their end. The complementary room the groom and I received was nice, but nothing extraordinary. We did get a nice goodie bag with champagne and chocolates.
