Excellent service and food. I had just had hip surgery , as we told go to the buffet, my wife explained that she would be going for me. The young lady said that she would help her. This was outstanding, greatly appreciated.

One of the nicest cleanest hotels ever stayed in. All staff were amazing and cheery and helpful. Well appointed rooms, nice free breakfast for gold and diamond members. Rates just same as inferior hotels in same area. Also nice to walk across to the premium outlets in the evening. Recommend!

I was there for a wedding in the ballroom. The ballroom was nice but the seating was really tight. Great location for a hotel right near major shopping and15 miles from six flags theme park.

The customer service at the front desk is amazing. The beds are the worst I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. Very much on par with what you might expect from a $30 a night bang hotel. My back is in so much pain after sleeping on their bed. I had to go purchase a back brace just to make it through the day. The air conditioner/ heater didn’t work and when I told the front desk they sent a “maintenance” guy, if you could even call him that, to come fix the problem, he messed with it and couldn’t figure it out. Completely not worth the cost of a stay. I would add I don’t have a back condition and have never had issues with my back.

The staff at this hotel made my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, the bed very comfortable, the room was very clean and had a bathtub as well as the shower. Will stay here again.
