Overall, excellent hotel. Very updated and super clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast included had everything you needed. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Very efficient and fastest check-in I've had in a long time! Had dinner at The Bistro at The Courtyard Marriott next door and it was great! Lots of selection and decently priced. Server was excellent and attentive. Rooms: Very large and modernly updated nice little kitchenette. Safety: Very safe environment, especially the underground free parking which is an absolutely must.

Love this hotel. Visited with my two children. Spacious and quiet. Spotless rooms. Appreciated that the pull out sofa was super clean and freshly made. I've been to a few hotels where the pullout is a bit scary. Pool is great for the kids and the breakfast was wonderful! Excellent location.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent hotel. It is very well located: only a few minutes drive to the NAC. They were very accommodating to provide a wheel chair accessible room which made our stay a breeze. They even provided a chair for the shower upon request. Extra points for the accessibility of this hotel. The room had a nice bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave and sink inside the room. The pool is good. Breakfast is generous sausages, fruits, toast, WAFFLES, eggs, muffins, etc.. Free indoor parking was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Ottawa!

Would give a 10/10 if that was an option! I booked this hotel for 2 hockey teams, around 60 rooms for a tournament on family day weekend. Having never been there before I was reliant on what I researched online and the group booking coordinator Alyssa. She made the booking process easy for our hockey families and assisted us in booking a conference room for our team dinner. The parents and kids were very happy with the hotel and the amenities. It was important for us to have a place that was close to the rinks, with onsite free parking as well as complimentary breakfast that meant we could head straight to the morning games and not have to worry about finding somewhere quick to eat on the way. The front desk staff were very helpful. Hilary in the dining area and her crew worked hard to make sure our teams were well fed and left with a smile on our face. It's staff like Hilary that help set this hotel apart, she was very personable and despite her busy job she made the time to get to know us and check in with us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed and even asked about the outcome of our games. The website does not do this place justice. The rooms were nicely renovated and huge in size compared to some of the other hotels we had previously stayed at. The pool was clean and well maintained with room for parents to sit and supervise. The gym was clean and had a good variety of new equipment. The conference room was an added bonus and allowed us to celebrate as a whole team. The underground parking was a huge plus, not having to drag hockey bags through the snow or clean off the car made things so much easier. This place is the best kept secret in Ottawa and we will 100% be back again! Thanks Hampton Inn Ottawa, you definitely delivered on your promise.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever been at. Rooms are big bright and very clean. The pool is nice and warm and kept clean. The breakfast is perfect with simple easy. The staff was very polite and answered whatever questions needed. Bonus was the underground parking garage.

Had a great stay this past weekend. Room was clean, spacious and quiet despite the large groups there over the weekend. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Helena who facilitated the waffle station was a ray of sunshine to our morning. The coffee was also delicious and fresh all day. Really glad we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton!

The best hotel experience for my family in quite some time. The pool was great, the rooms were clean and updated. Every staff member we spoke with were super friendly especially the lady who worked the breakfast in the morning, she took the time to chat with everyone and chatted with our children, made them feel special. Checkin/out was super easy and the cutest thing as we were leaving, little Bfast to go bags for those who couldn't stay and eat. Just all the little details. If we ever return to Ottawa we will definitely be booking here again!

We've been staying in different Ottawa hotels for the past 5 years, maybe a dozen or so different places. This one to us was the best bang for your buck. The rooms are very big and very clean. I really can't say anything negative about the place. It was a snowy evening when we arrived, so we were very glad to be able to park underground, with no extra charge for parking. While the hotel is not within walking distance to downtown touristy places, it's very convenient for the highway. We'll definitely be back.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is. We rented 3 rooms for a Christmas party at the Conference Room and we were all impressed. Parking is underground, nice bright lobby with free hot beverages. Rooms are big, bright, modern, and clean with a kitchenette. Easy access tunnel to the Conference Centre. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.Rooms: 5/5
