Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. My room was gorgeous and clean. Great location! Everything is walking distance. Nothing was open in the hotel amenities as it was during lockdown. I ordered through Ubereats. Room service is available, but limited in choice. Will stay here next time I return to Ottawa.
Book in super welcoming, big smile. Very nice. We get to the room and wow, it was a bit smaller than expected but it just made the room fit altogether. Comfy and nice. Very clean, good nespresso coffee and impeccable service. THANK YOU Le Germain!!
Beautiful modern hotel with a nice restaurant in a really convenient location. I can't remember the lady's name who checked me in and out but she was very polite, helpful, happy and energetic.
We had a very nice stay! This hotel is very clean, calm, easy access, most of the staff speaks both French and English. Breakfast was good. Everything looks brand new. Our room was fully wheelchair accessible. Very nice shower!
