Very pleasant staff and a quite a beautifully modern room. Extremely please and my next visit to Ottawa i will definitely be staying there again.
Specially during Covid times, quite unhappy with the sanitization at this place. The below picture from the room we were staying was a shock & made me doubt cleanliness here. We had our sheets and blankets with us so did not use much of anything around. They serve juice, yogurt & a muffin for breakfast
Nice rooms, very comfy and the privacy is great. The staffs are nice and polite. Overall, it was very clean and well prepared. I had an amazing stay!
This place was full and they little space they have when they saw us blacks they decided to say it’s full and they need a credit card . Don’t u all know cash is the most secure thing ?
