Had my pharmacist fax my Dr to get a prescription renewal only to find out they're closed. It's currently Friday at 1:30 pm. Maybe the whole office decided go on vacation. Seriously I've never seen these doctors without tans. Anyways the website says they're open. So I'm without my antidepressants for the whole weekend now. Sweet.

One star is too high!!! Showed up on a Saturday at 6:35 pm. They close at 9 pm. Called 3 times before going over to confirm they would take additional patients because I have gone there at 7:30/8 pm before and been turned away. Went up to front desk and see a sign that says they have closed registration for the night. Ask a nurse in the background if this is legit. She says yes and that The doctor can choose when they stop accepting patients and they only have one doc on that night. I ask her please I have two young children and I really do not want to drag them to emerge. She says she can’t. I just don’t understand. Why have late hours if you’re going to close at the same time as any damn clinic? If you’re not accepting more patients ANSWER THE PHONE. Do SOMETHING to make a decent effort to help your patients!!! The people!!! If you can’t deal with working late then don’t call yourself an urgent care clinic and list a 6pm closing time!!! It’s simple!!! Very disappointed and very frustrated.

I do not normally post reviews but feel compelled to about this clinic. A rating of one is too high. If I could give it a zero, I would. First, it is true. They close registration much earlier than their posted closing time. I was there on a Saturday and they started refusing clients at 645pm. I understand why they do it. But altleast post it on the site. I arrived at 6pm. There was not alot of people. Maybe 15 or so. I mistakenly thought I would be there an hour or so. Little did I know that there was only one doctor working. Looking around the room, I was obviously the sickest person there. Fever, coughing etc good times! After waiting for over TWO hours, I was finally called into a cubicle with a curtain. ( I got to hear all about the two people beside me. Get back to that in a minute) As I am waiting I hear the doctors name "Dr Johnson" out of boredom I google his name and see 8+ pages of bad reviews! I start to panic thinking what if he just blows me off?? I am really sick and in severe pain! " be on your best behavior I say to myself" So, he comes in. Examines me. Does not say much and starts typing on the computer. I see him type "bronchitis" I ask Do I have bronchitis? To which he responds "youre distracting me. I will talk to you when I am done" so much for my good behavior! I apparently pissed him off. He never did answer me. Wrote down on a piece of paper some herbal remedy and told me to find a health food store and buy that stuff ( saturday eve 830pm) No matter what I said, he just looked at me with a blank look and said buy the stuff on the paper. So, there you go ladies and gents! 2 + hours and he sent me on my way with a herbal remedy scribbled on a piece of paper. Now back to the man beside me. Tested negative for strep. Had some stomach cramps and he got a prescription for antibiotics. If you are sick, go somewhere else. Dont waste your time. Needless to say, being as sick as I was, I had to get treatment elsewhere. Turns out...hey! I have pneumonia. Got antibiotics. Puffers. And 48 hours later I am on the road to recovery. Thanks for reading.

I’ve been coming here for a about a decade- to this practice as well as it’s walk in clinic. I’ve never felt the need to write a review until today: I suffered a 2nd degree burn, it’s only days later I realized what it was and the doctors told me. I have to say that initially the doctors and nurses were so helpful and made me feel there was hope for this burn I had on my hand. In fact, shout out to nurses Frances, Clara, and Pal who have changed my bandages tirelessly for what’s almost been 2 weeks now. HOWEVER! Today I went in yet again because now my burn is infected despite best efforts to keep clear- I’ve been here EVERY SINGLE DAY for 2 weeks and only today have dealt with Dr ENSAN I think her name was (doctors and their writing ya know?). She came in to check the burn before I got my hand wrapped again and I have never been made to feel More REPULSIVE in my life. I was DISMISSED, and she was very very RUDE to me asking me why I keep coming back to this walk in clinic if I don’t work within Burlington, I can “go anywhere to do it”. That I didn’t need to come have it dressed every day and could do it at home when my family doctor asked me to come in daily- she was dismissing other doctor’s advice and barely even approached me to take a good look at my hand- as if I had the PLAGUE. I work with my hands and when I asked if she could give me a doctors note of sorts she was dismissive again and asked “for what”?- It’s as if I had to beg for help, she didn’t think my burn oozing of puss and my inability to move my hand and sleep at night was grounds for HUMAN COMPASSION. I believe there are people who become doctors and nurses because they want to help people, however compassion and basic human understanding is NOT something you learn in med school. She does NOT have compassion nor did she look like she has respect for people who come in for assistance. I didn’t come in with the sniffles or the flu, I have an injury that requires a follow up and she did the absolute minimum to shoo me out... I have never felt more disrespected and shamed for asking for help in my life! I work customer service and have NEVER DARED speak to a client the way she was nor do I dismiss my coworker’s work. If you get this doctor, stand your ground and remind them you’re human and you deserve assistance! If I could give this visit a 0 I definitely would

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Visited the walk in on Sunday December 10th with strep and a fever of 101.3...kept waiting for over 3 hours while my fever got worse, watched people that came in after me get looked at and released and listened to the doctors chit chat about personal issues. By the time one of the nurses realized I hadn't been attended to I was so upset and shivering that she couldn't get a good swab. When the doctor finally came in he didn't even examine me...just gave me a prescription for antibiotics and by the time I got home my fever was 102! Clinics like this are the reason people choose to go to the ER for non emergency situations! I would have been patient if the doctors were actually doing their jobs in a timely manner and not forgetting people. It was unfortunate that this was the only nearby clinic opened on a Sunday...think this kind of defeats the purpose of a clinic for non emergency situations. I will never return to this clinic...next time I plan on visiting the ER.
