I expected better customer service from such a large company. Customer service is all about helping customers big and small. Being overtly negative with your arms folded doesn't inspire a helpful atmosphere. I immediately went to another plumbing supply place and the salesman provided me with a simple solution to what I needed. I guess he was more experienced and knowledgeable. Amazing how simple customer service and the resulting sales is if you are so inclined.

We had an excellent experience when choosing fixtures for our bathroom renovation. They have a great showroom with a good selection on display. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Andrew sheret abbotsford provides a high level of service. They have a great counter staff with a great deal of knowledge related to their product. This branch carries a variety of different products to keep trades people moving forward with minimal down time waiting for parts. Beyond the counter, there are a great sales team who consistently go over and above to help out their customers. I have been doing business here for many years and will continue for many more.
