Staff is very friendly and helpful. Locker rooms are a little crowded and small. The restaurant has great food at great prices. Very romantic and relaxing all at once. Keep a lookout for the massage specials that have reduced rates when they have empty slots and want to sell them. That’s a great way to get an amazing massage for a cheaper rate. It can get very crowded during peak hours. Generally nice and relaxing place. Would return for sure!

If you get a massage, the access to the baths are included which is rare for a lot of spas. The locker rooms are crowded and small but so many people choose to come here so they have to fit as many as they can. The amenities are incredible and are the most I’ve ever seen at a spa. The salt room, salt showers/baths, the Russian pavilion, Finnish pavilion, bubble experience, lounge sauna, and so much more. Not only this, but they seem to actually care about their customers: in my 4 hour visit I received a complimentary beef and barley soup (since it was so cold outside), a pink vitamin drink on ice, and a wine tasting. I really recommend this place— they really seem to care about you.

Fantastic way to relax if you can afford the $50CAD for the day. Always walk away feeling refreshed, wish I lived closer by. Despite the popularity, always able to feel secluded.

Great spa in the Montreal area if not the best! It can get busy and it’s also pretty pricy so definitely not a regular place to go for me but as an experience it is well worth it. The last time I came here was not long after opening and lots of things changed and were added and it’s for the better. Really happy I came.

One of the best spa in and around Montreal area! The have spacious baths with a wide selection of sauna! Very clean, and very nice staff, they make your stay there very easy. My favourite place for a quite night of relaxation after a week of work!
