Resto-Pub Le Charlemagne

Open space pub with a large terrace. The menu has a nice variety of items. Food is flavorful, portions are generous, and service is friendly. Note that children have to be seated away from the bar, but the large space allows for this (and so does the terrace in summer). Prices comparable to similar fare in Montreal. A nice surprise.

Its ok..service sucked..food was wwwwaaaayyy too salty and cold..waited 1hour just for order taking and 40 minutes to get 3 of 8 orders wrong and cold..not the servers fault..it just bad managing!! never again for us

Staff were friendly and the restaurant is somewhat stylish, but while the food was what you would expect of pub-type fare, there are no draft beers (but they do have some local micro-brews which are good value). The space is large and there appears to be a really nice terrasse, but it was too cold during our visit! I'd go back. (a note on all the 1* reviews below... it appears they are all from the same group... wouldn't take their reviews too seriously)

Superbe terrasse with large chouce of draft beer. The service was really quick and friendly... great for groups... food was excellent.
