Hôtel Bernières Lévis

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We didn’t expect much, but we were blown away. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were huge and super clean. And the spa service was top-notch! Plus, they have an electric car charging station, which is a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was served with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back when I visit Quebec again.

I spent two night during a business trip and our customers make the reservation for us here.nThis is a business hotel, clean, in a good position, with a big room, well equipped in term of wardrobe, a big bathroom, but the security box was missing.nThe two best points of the hotel are a super comfortable bed and a very silent room.nThe breakfast was just sufficient, in an area more like a canteen than a hotel lounge.nI think that the price is correct for the services provided

The spacious room had a seating area and table/chairs to share a meal. Bathroom was roomy, all very clean and comfortable. A fridge, microwave and complimentary coffee/tea was provided. Continental breakfast was available or you could walk across the street to their restaurant.nWe would have taken advantage of the hot tub on the outside deck if we had brought bathing suits.nA 5/5 for the front desk person named Sophie who graciously let us remain in the same room when our plans changed. It's these little kindnesses that made this place so special. Thank you.

Friendly staff welcomed us and we had a lovely modern room. Great rain shower. Comfy bed. Nice layout of the room and bathroom. Nice to have a simple satisfying buffet breakfast with not a disposable item in sight!

Everything from speedy check-in service to a welcome message when you arrive in your room, this is a great place to stay! There is an outdoor hottub to relax in after a long drive. The room we stayed in was huge. It had a king-size bed plus a queen murphy bed on the opposite side of the room. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. My daughter even remarked that this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We will stay here again on our travels as this is an excellent hotel in a great location with many great places to eat nearby, including right across the street!
