H&R is a pretty great music store. The staff is very friendly and it's over all a pretty good stop for most things you need music wise.

We rented a PA system from H and R music for an event on a Saturday evening. When we were setting up for the event we soon realized that there was something jammed into the input for the cords, which meant were were left without music for the evening. On a Saturday evening, we had  place else to call, or contact. It was very disappointing. I hope they begin to check their systems before sending them out on rental.
