I brought my car in the same day someone hit it and Carlos took excellent care of my ride. He was super communicative, understanding and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his care and was able to get it back pretty quickly as well. My car is usually clean, especially the interior, but it was even cleaner than when I first brought it in- it looked brand new! The work Carlos and his team did on the exterior was immaculate as well. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage in the first place! Carlos also had a courtesy car ready to go for me the same day I brought my car in, which I very much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. It is a true gem in the city!

Top notch service. Carlos took the time to explain everything they did with the car, and it came back looking better than new. There was one small issue with the repair which was resolved quickly and without question. He went the extra mile and replaced a couple of small things unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. Highly recommended for is friendly and personalised service.

Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at navigating all the little details of an ICBC claim, having worked there for several years prior to opening the shop. The process was quick, fair and easy and there are courtesy cars at the ready. The service was great, the staff professional, and our looks great. We would recommend Carlos and his team at Gyroscope again and again.

Charged for new parts, but put used parts in the car. The car still has problems and defects. We had to take it to another repair shop which confirmed loose, defective and used parts.
