Kevin Li has been very professional in getting the car back to its original condition. Highly recommend! The front end of my car was damaged from someone backing into me. Imperial handled all the ICBC paperwork and gave me a courtesy car on the day of the repair. They searched high and low for the proper parts for my car and did an absolutely amazing job with the repairs! My car looks great and the back hatch is finally fixed thanks to Imperial!!! Not to mention they also cleaned my car and topped up my fluids by surprise!!! Highly recomend thier services!!!

A few weeks ago I was in a parking garage and a concrete pillar leapt out of nowhere and hit my car! No fair really it was all my fault... The car was left with a large dent and major scratches down to the metal. Driver side door. I got about six quotes. Most of them were around $2000, and they wanted to blend the door panel with the two adjacent panels. Imperial quoted $800, but just the one panel. I was a bit nervous but took the risk and I'm so happy I did. Imperial did a FANTASTIC job. It looks flawless. There is a •slight• tint difference as the panel is not 'blended' to the adjacent panels, but it is very hard to see with my eyes in daylight. I worked with Kevin. He had a 'can do' attitude.
