Excellent repair shop certified by ICBC.  If you had a car accident, etc and looking for a body shop for car repair, this is the place to go.  They also provide rental cars as replacement during the repair period.  The staff is friendly, the repair is done professionally.  Overall, strongly recommended!

The service is top notch and the best I have ever received. I am an out of province client and my car got damaged in an accident with no fault of mine. I talked with Sean at Burrard, he was very helpful and compassionate, which was a nice change after talking with so many other Collison centers and getting consistent rude replies. Steven took care of us in what I can only describe as a perfect professional manor. Always keeping us informed on the vehicles progress. The Mercedes needed a new bumper headlight and grill. The paint work is immaculate and we received the car with a fresh polish and upholstery clean. Top notch service. They even organised the rental for us and received it on return with no fuss. Timely and high quality bodywork repair for Porsche GTS bumper and hood.  Paint job is immaculate. Assisted with car rental. Communications with Lauson and reception were clear and responsive. I have been completely satisfied with the work that they have performed for me. Burrard Autostrasse has repaired 2 of my vehicles recently. One vehicle was damaged during a break-in. The other vehicle was damaged due to a hit and run incident in the snow.  The customer service and the quality of the repairs has been amazing!!!  This Team is awesome.

I recently had my wife’s RR HSE sport  auto-body repairs undertaken recommended by Burrard Landrover which included rear panel/aluminum body.  They have highly qualified techs certified by automobile brand supplier performing the work.  The repairs were completed like new condition.  I am extremely pleased with the outcomes ~ schedule met, best in class quality repairs and attentive service.
