GuestHouse Vineyard Inn McMinnville

The hotel is under construction, so I imagine a lot of the little issues will be fixed once it's finished, but there were a few things that caused us to (literally) lose sleep. 1. The toilet ran intermittently. We talked to an employee, who said the maintenance person would come and fix it, but that never happened. 2. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors' bathroom fan going for hours (as well as every word of their conversations). 3. The beds and the pillows are less than comfortable. However, the hotel is inexpensive, the staff are extremely friendly, and it's conveniently located to Linfield (and an easy drive to Portland). Once it's been renovated, I reckon it will be much improved.

Lobby was under major reconstruction. Seems Best Western had purchased the hotel recently and were making some upgrades. Room was nicely sized. Could have been cleaner. Carpets showed major wear and dust in hard to reach places. Conditioner dispenser in shower was broken with large puddle of product in tub. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were horrible but I always bring my own for just that reason.

Recently stayed here to go to my son's wedding. Like other reviewers said, the place is under construction so the lobby isn't beautiful. Our room was nice sized, with a love seat and coffee table. The beds were SUPER comfy. The pool was OPEN during our stay. The service was EXCELLENT. We were allowed to check in well over an hour early as we were from out of town for the wedding so we could get ready in time. We really appreciated it. My Grandfather is a veteran & was given a great discount on his room. The ONLY down side that I can think of was the continental breakfast. There was very little to choose from. However, the girl at the front desk said once their remodel is over with, they will be serving hot breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Dirty and under construction. Keys didn't work on half of the doors. Stains on pillow cover, coffee table and sink. Crumbs on the couch and no hand soap. We didn't bother you to stay for whatever the breakfast was. Just wanted to get out. I get that it's under construction but what the hell. Close the place down until it's finished. Even the printer at the front desk was broken so they couldn't print a receipt. Stay away from this stinker 💩

Not a bad hotel. Not super fancy but not horrible either. Towels were nice and soft and everything smelt clean. No weird stains on the sheets. Overall I would stay there again. And they have a pool.
