I ordered some pants online and had to return one item that didn't fit. The woman I spoke to online for The Gap told me to bring it to this store. When I arrived the cashier told me my items could not be returned or exchanged in store. Instead of turning me away the staff helped me in their office, print a shipping label and were very kind and professional. Thank you Cassandra, Michelle, and Alison. I really appreciate your patience and time. The customer service was beyond what I expected. Great job!

Great place to shop some good cloths.. collection is seasonal.. so not sure if you get what you want.. staff is amazingly helping and polite.. the only flip-side is their hours of working… closes at 5/6 pm on weekends…
We were looking for pants and short sleeve shirt for my 9 year old grandson and we found it at The Gap.
They have a great staff, always ready to help. The store is always organized, lots of collection and good prices.
