Guess Factory 3991

Me and my girlfriend Malu was at Guess - Cross Iron Mills looking for some new clothing for herself. She had a hard time finding sizes Jaspinder was an absolute beast on customer service. While everyone there was amazing, she absolutely stood out and went out of her way to help Malu. Great attitude and sincere effort for sure. Thanks for the great experience.

30th dec around 7pm...guy was on floor very RUDE don't know how to talk to customers....PRICES were not marked properly and it doesn't say which item is on SALE and which item is not on SALE and customer service is really BAD....this guy said he is checking prices and then walk away start doing another work...my wife waited 5 mins and then walk away

Not happy with associate working there. She asked not to check all the cloths to find a size. And when we asked her to check the size, she said nothing on the back.. everything available on display In the last she kept eye on us if we are stealing anything. I mean why would we steal anything from the store. Really very bad experience.

I’m from UK visiting my sister in Calgary, We visited Guess outlet at Crossiron mill few times the last time I visited was on 9/10/22 and was served by the manager Zoya she was very polite courtiers and patient and helped me and my sister I am very happy with the service and will recommend

I love their stuff from shoes to bags to clothes. Their stuff are not that shouty and are easy to go by. The agents are also very helpful and nice

We’re waiting in line for the last 15 minutes, 7 people left and 3 entered and there are not that many customers - it seems like the store is empty..But! We got the best sale and service

Went to guess at cross iron. The store has always been non stroller friendly because of set up but really ? No carts or strollers allowed in ? First time ever i see a store discriminate against families. Hope its not a new policy for the whole company and its just this store.Never going shopping to this guess again.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Looks to me they just don't want to work on a Thursday at 2:00 pm
