I purchased 4 items & everything arrived safely! Even under a lot of stress with the number of orders, they were shipping out orders fairly quick and packaged everything nicely! Thank you so much!!
I purchased several items from the Wynonna Earp two-day auction. We ran into payment transaction issues and they were very patient and understanding as we worked to get the issue resolved. They also kindly contacted UPS Store #319 for me to handle the shipping my items, which were packed with care and arrived safely. Thank you Halls for a wonderful auction experience!
Hall's provided an excellent auction and took great care to ensure every item available was clearly explained and photographed. After winning a couple items the communication was excellent! They went above and beyond assisting with shipping coordination with UPS. I was very impressed and highly recommend their service.
I purchased several items from the Wynonna Earp two-day auction. Hall's Auction Services was prompt and friendly in replying to my emails and phone calls. The Hall's Auction website and FAQ was very helpful and thorough to me as a first time bidder, and I found the live catalog interface easy to use on the days of the auction. I had my items in hand in less than two weeks, which was very quick considering customs and shipping times. The UPS staff Hall's Auction recommended was also professional and courteous in shipping the items to me. Nothing but top marks for the staff of Hall's Auction, who went above and beyond in replying to my inquires and were a pleasure to deal with. I hope to be a repeat customer in the future.

The staff is so kind and understanding! i had shipping troubles with my package and they went out of their way to ensure me that my package was going to be delivered! they take such great care of you and your items while in their service, and they do their absolute best to respond and answer your questions even if they are incredibly backed up! they were so good with the wynonna earp auction! everything was packaged so neatly and securely. they are definitely the best of us <3
Super friendly staff. I called and spoke to them over the phone to process my payment and it could not have been easier. They also made it super easy to work with their UPS partner to ship my items internationally. It was a breeze dealing with them!
Hall’s was great from before the auction started until after the last item closed out. They kept us informed all along the way. During an auction of hundreds of items, everything went very smoothly. Halls handled every question and concern I had promptly. They even called me internationally to help fix an issue with charging my credit card. Would definitely recommend using them.
Halls was a great experience for my first real auction. The online auction website was easy to use and reliable; watching hundreds of items close in real time was actually really fun! They provided a lot of extra communication leading up to the end of the auction to make sure everyone understood the process, and they processed payment for my items right away. Very friendly and effective!
