Dr Ace was very kind and seen me, despite my financial situation. He took time to find out what the issue was and taught me to do some stretches and such to help me regain mobility. Very professional! Definitely will return.
I’m so happy to have found Dr. Ace! I haven’t experienced this level of care and attention to detail in receiving chiropractic or any treatment before. I never feel rushed with him, he takes time to understand what the real issue is and targets the exact root of the problem in your body and explains what he is doing along the way. I’ve had a pinched nerve in my upper back for two years that other chiropractors weren’t able to release because all they did was basic cracking. It was bothering me so much along with other new pains in my body which started appearing after giving birth and constantly carrying my baby. I couldn’t believe when Dr. Ace released that pinch from the first try. I was so impressed that I convinced my Mom to go because she’s been experiencing increased back pain, foot pain, you name it, due to her physically demanding job as a Health Care Aide. Went here to use the hyperbaric chamber. Wonderful facility, treatment is wonderful, staff are incredible! Would recommend for anyone to go here.

THE SHORT: I've been elsewhere, and I'm glad I made the switch. This facility is the best. My treatments with Dr. Ace Casiano and Jennyfer Suganob have helped me fully recover from a knee issue that was preventing me from enjoying the activities that I love. The guided rehabilitation exercises, knowledge, and treatments that I have received under their care cannot be overstated. THE LONG: In 2020, I experienced knee pain while hiking and sought chiro treatment at a different facility in Mission. - That intake focused on me standing and getting x-rays at a private clinic under their umbrella to assess my spinal alignment and never felt my soft tissue to assess my situation. I was inaccurately diagnosed with "jumper's knee", claiming that my kneepad was coming off track due to poor spinal alignment. - That treatment focused on reassessment of my spinal alignment, and had me lay down for spinal adjustment each time. I was out the door in 10 minutes. After several months, without any change to my treatment, no more understanding than the first treatment, money wasted with no progress, and being told I would not recover -- just prevent further deterioration -- I stopped going and suffered through. In 2021, I saw an ad for CAP Health about knee pain while hiking. I reached out to them and was thrilled with my results. Their intake was involved and engaging. Dr. Ace Casiano discussed the issue, he had me stand, walk, and recorded these results to show me and review what was happening outside; he then had me lay down and moved my body to feel what was happening inside. - It turns out, my tendons were too tight from being sedentary. When I was loadbearing my knees, my tendons were pulling my kneecap off track and irritating my fat pad underneath causing it to become inflamed. All soft tissue. Not caused by my spine alignment: spinal corrections was not the answer. - Now my treatments are 30 minutes of hands-on movement. He feels how my body is reacting to know what my body needs. We adjust based on real feedback from my body. Not some one-size-fits-all treatment I was getting in 2020 that got me out the door in 10 minutes. - After a few weeks, of engaged rehabilitation, we added in massage therapy with Jennyfer Suganob to keep my soft tissue limber. We continuously adjusted my rehabilitation as we progressed. After only a few months, I have advanced to full recovery and enjoy the activities I love. Because of appropriate, knowledgeable, dedicated care, I've come far from what I thought would be an issue I could not recover from.
Dr Ace and Shawn have been great on getting my left shoulder rehabilitated after breaking my left collarbone. 5 weeks doing chiro and massage with them and really amazed with the progress. I will definitely be going here for regular massage and maintenance once fully recovered from my injury
