Many of products but if without A SA will advise you to order online because it's cheaper SA say so! The service depends on the luck of that day of your, sometimes impressive, sometimes not impressed I give 4 stars for being Gucci. but not included for service Some of them just don't have the ability to cut my pants to the right size for me. Just say it on me!.
In our experience we were served in a good manner, we were given time to look around and as we asked for service it was given straight away. However if you shop in Prague be aware that the price might be higher than the official Gucci prices. In our experience 15% therefore this shop will get only 2 *s
Security is very rude, did not let us in. It was 18:50. He said we are close, and closed the door to my face. You need immediately fire this man as he is crazy and appropriate to the shop.
I planned my day around being able to come on time, I came 15 min early before the closing time, and tge security just brushed me off with “7pm is closibg time but we can’t serve you now so it’s closed”. I would not expect luxury brand as Gucci to have such a sloppy organisation and cannot serve customers for the 15min that I should have till 7pm. It took me 40 minutes to get here. Disappointed, 1 extra star just cause I had good experiences before.
They are really nice to you as long as you want to buy something, When I went to return a bag that I just bought there I got personal questions about why, weird looks at me and comments about ”this never happens here” ”why are you giving it back?” I felt that this was very unprofessional :/
Zero tolerance. Rude service. If necessary, I recommend choosing another Gucci salon.
Way too crowded in the shop. Should learn from Cartier- Stop people come in and make sure the sales assistants can fully concentrate on their present customers in the store, I've heard their security guards say to the people who waiting outside the store" evey single customer is equally important to us, please wait here for a few minutes." ---- and that's the effort and concept every luxury store should learn from.
Extremely customer not oriented service: I have Gucci watch that stopped working - wanted to get advice on where to repair them. The consultant refused to give us a business card of a relevant contractor “Please take a photo as a have only business card” - LOL, no other services were advised to us. OK, on the next day we went to the address mentioned on this business card and guess what? There were no office there - locals said us that the provider had closed this location a long time ago. OK again, through the Web we found another location of this provider on the business card there was only one closed mentioned. At 1st the provider said that they do not repair Gucci watch at all. After we told them about our visit to Gucci shop they were like “well, we can repair in fact I needed to just change the battery, it will cost ~2K krons and will take at least 2 weeks”. Gucci Prague you should be ashamed of your own workers and your providers…with Swatch watch you would have had my battery change to be made free and immediately at the store.
This Monday, I wanted to buy a pair of earrings for my daughter’s birthday at the shop. When I took out my phone to show the attendant-not hand it to her! Just show her, she snapped “do not show me your phone, we just sell costume jewelry here. You must go on line” I then turned around to look at sunglasses as I wanted to try on and purchase a pair. At this time three people walked in wearing Gucci head to toe. The attendant then ran to them. Desperate for their attention. I looked around and one other attendant was “busy” moving purses around. She was right beside me, she never asked if I needed help. I then asked if “I could try on the sunglasses” she said “yes” and then got “busy” with her purses. Do not come to this store unless you look like you walked out of a Gucci ad. If you are a hard working middle class person, who wants to purchase a couple things, do what the attendant said “go online” this store is just an advertisement for Gucci without the customer experience that you can get at all the other beautiful stores in Prague. Needless to say, I walked out without a jewelry purchase or sunglasses. I also saw the people the attendant had ran after. They purchased nothing as well. What a loss. Sad, really.
I do not understand why would someone shop here where the prices in CZK are higher than paying in EUR in next-door Germany or anywhere else in EU? You can even order online and shipped to Czech. Not only the service is terrible, it is like they have no intention of selling to you from the lack of interest they show. So very different than shopping at a Gucci store in Kuala Lumpur for example. Will never go back and will just buy online.
