I shop here very often, I find that j crew has the best quality but I find that it can get quite pricey. Outlet has less selection but the price is really cheap. I usually find that I ll get alot of pocket t shirts from here but if there are new designs I like I ll go to eatons and get them too. They have student discount here if you bring your active student Id they give you 15% off. I would also recommend not buying from online as they charge us dollars and you tend to pay more because you wont get the discounts and such. Will visit again for more t shirts when they wear out

Pricey even after 50% discounts. Not much style-wise. Mostly safe, unicolored articles without pattern. I don't remember JCrew outlets in the US being like this. On the plus side, the personnel working there were great.

It's okay. The clothing for children are cute, but you need to be super skinny and tall to look good in their adult clothing line. I can rarely find something that fits well and I'm considered a petite person.

With J.Crew goodies and factory outlet price. Can't ask for more. Especially when they always doing 25% and above discount. Friendly service from their salesperson. They know what they are doing and give really good fashion advice. That's a big plus.

Do not bother ordering online from J Crew Factory if you live in Canada. They make returns very difficult and expensive. Just had to pay $25.00 to return an item that was way too big even after reading reviews for sizing advice I chose the cheapest option with tracking at Canada Post but I resent having to pay this. I have no idea why they wouldn’t let me just do a return in store. All other Stores I deal with allow this.

Dishonest. I bought two pearl necklaces because it was $49.99 then 50% off. When I went to the cashier the girl said it’s $73.50 and then 50% off. So i went to get the one with the $49.99 tag she said this one is different model# even tho it’s exactly the same. Then another guy came and said oh some of the pearls are bigger. I corrected them saying there’s bigger pearls in both. Then the guy said ok I’ll honour it since I am Quiting next week etc. Then he said sometimes new and old of the same item can be priced differently. I was like wow so many excuses. I wasn’t fighting with them. I just thought it crazy they think all of the reasons above are valid. A little bit off if you tell me. See attached. Are they different? Not to mention one of the tags he forgot to disarm. Beeping in every store after that lol

Styles are nice, but expensive even with the discount. Not really sure how people can afford the prices. Though sale and clearance items can sometimes be cheap... About 70% off the original price.

You can find some great deals on pants under $15 if you are lucky. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Although i usually cant find any outfit in this store, the warm hearted and respectful staff made me visit the store every time just to get some good vibes :
