Love shopping at this location! Yaz, Cameron and all the other staff are super friendly, helpful and always willing to check for sizes. Clothing is great quality, comfortable and appropriate for all ages. It’s a pleasant shopping experience whenever I stop by and I’ll definitely be stopping by again in the near future!
I don’t normally write reviews but this one deserves it. I had a bad experience with a product and Becka went above and beyond to correct the issue. Her mannerism and understanding of the situation was outstanding. I will definitely be back to the Queen store to shop!
Cam was so friendly, really lovely store and well organized. Deducting one star because their return/ exchange policies are strict and don’t match what I would expect from a higher end items.
Kit and Ace is one of my favourite clothing line. It’s a bit costly but it’s worth the investment because I can wear it as working clothes at the same time in casual events.
This brand continues to disappoint. Disorganized and rude staff unwilling to meet even the very basics of customer satisfaction. Bad attitudes don’t make for good business. A customer should be able to come in and express concerns over repeated failures - in a calm manner without being scolded condescendingly by one of your employees. It’s unfortunate considering they have a good product but some of the staff tarnish the Kit and Ace brand. This is a competitive market. Do better.
One of our favorite clothes stores. The clothes are very high quality and last a long time. Super comfortable and stylish as well. The staff in this branch were very accommodating as well.

Horrible customer experience. I cancelled a order before it was shipped. 2 days later, the order was shipped and i was told cannot get refund for it only a gift card.
