Please do not visit this clinic. My husband and I went there to transfer our family doctor just because the location is more convenient. The male doctor we saw was very eager to find every reason to reject us and was not willing to listen or help his patients. He was busy with straight jumping to his own conclusion and make us leave. It was a total waste of time after waiting for half an hour past our appointment time to see him.

Horrible experience. Dr. Ko was very unfriendly - told him a certain type of medication he prescribed gave me bad reactions in the past and simply said then take something else without recommending anything, would not listen to my concerns and got clearly annoyed when I tried to explain myself, explicitly told me to not come to this clinic and go see another doctor if I wasn’t going to take his advice, and rushed to get me to leave. Extremely disappointed with his professionalism and will not visit again.

I am giving review on behalf of my parents because their English is poor. We would give zero stars to Dr. Ko if that was an option. Incompetent, does not care about his patients. Wastes time asking irrelevant questions not related to medical issues eg. Asks how my parents met. My father had injury at work and when we needed help with WCB application, stated that he is not my father's GP, was seeing him as drop in clinic Dr. So went to contact my father's previous GP who moved to another city. His previous GP said that Dr. Ko's office asked for transfer of records so dr. Ko would be the GP. Then, he said come back after the WCB issue is resolved. My jaw dropped when heard that. Not professional. Not recommended.

I give this place a one star, worst doctor I ever met. Asked way too many unnecessary questions, and didnt give a proper medication/ treatment for my symptoms. He didnt even tell what the main cause of my symptoms were.

He asks many questions that's not even related to medical, which I found very inappropriate and unprofessional.

This is the first time a Dr has told me I have too many medical issues for him to be my family Dr.
