Fitness Table is a gentle and progressive postural training program that strengthens the core, increases flexibility, and improves posture. 98% of clients come with some kind of back pain. By taking classes at Fitness Table, you will learn tools to reduce back pain. We teach you how to move more efficiently, ensuring that you do not continue to injure yourself with movement patterns that aren't functional. Group and Private lessons available. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Postural Evaluation mandatory before starting class.
