Stopped by for a light snack before going to watch a slo-pitch game with friends. Super friendly service and nice patio. We had the Asian Lettuce Wraps, which were just OK. Heavy on the rice and a wee bit too light on the fish - and not enough sauce to make the dish sparkle. The appetizer salt and pepper wings were good, but it was a somewhat smaller amount than we expected for the price. Star of the short stop was definitely the brownie - really yummy. We’d stop in again sometime and give the menu more of a chance to strut its stuff.
Please and staff is trying they best to serve your appetite, in all possible ways, interesting design, exclusive menu, quality presentation of dishes. Curiosity makes you order more, even if you can’t finish full plate, but at least tasting it. From minuses: no air conditioning and annoying fly was bugging my dinner. P.S. cheesecake is good, but coffee was disappointing.
Great food and great atmosphere! Had an amazing experience at Grouchy’s with the family during a work conference in Olds. I would highly recommend Grouchy’s as they are not Grouchy at all and the food was tasty. Kids loved the slushies and portions were perfect for them. My wife had the burger and said it was one of the best burgers she’s had. I inhaled the fish tacos and could’ve had another order. Staff was very attentive!
One of the best burgers I've ever had! I had the Helping Hands burger and it was phenomenal. Already craving it again. The truffle fries were UNREAL with the miso garlic dip. Cool vibes, will definitely be back.

Great place if your in Olds, had a unique feel to it. Server was friendly and gave us great suggestions. I had the steak which was a sirloin and the only choice of steak they had. It was good, but I wish they had a filet on the menu. I did get it withe the mushrooms on top and it was pretty darn good. Overall good experience, and for such a small town, great restaurant.
Friendly staff, great service and amazing food! Great cocktails too. We don't live in Olds, but would drive the hour just to have dinner here again!
We went to Grouchy Daddy's on a busy Saturday night. At the time of our arrival they only had seating outside. We put our name down for an inside table and we were graciously accommodated. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back

Have to say pretty good. Service was good, food was awesome and fast, lots of parking and these 2 really cool geodesic domes outside c/w heaters and blankets if needed for eating or just cocktails !!!! Overall good experience. Recomended.Food: 5/5
