The men's bathroom smelled worse than most out hoses. This is frankly unacceptable. Also does anyone actually like paper straws? Compatible plastic exists please for the love of fountain drinks everywhere use them!Food: 4/5
Food's decent but the majority of the employees don't seem to be good at customer interaction listening, comprehension, speaking and/or being knowledgeable about menu items or the rewards program. Also, would love the extra spicy chicken sandwich/sauce to return.
Consistently fresh, tasty and great value. My wife and I drop in here once in a while for our burger and fries splurge and have never been disappointed.

Always hot and fresh. I have to say the wait times in drive thru over the past many months are totally unacceptable, 30 minutes or more, it was never like that before, so hopefully they get it worked out soon.
Efficient and friendly service with consistently good fast food
The slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to - and every single time.
Food was decent, customer service in the drive through was non existent. Not one word was spoken by the staff, never experienced that before.
