The groomer, Isabella, is unprofessional and a horrible person. Super unfriendly and condescending. Practically got told off, she did not even want to meet my dog and flat out refused to groom my dog. I have asked other grooming salons and told them about how my dog is not the friendliest dog in town and has anxiety, but they will at least try. Nope, not for Isabella, she won't even try. So my advice would, don't even bother to get your dog groomed by her, unless your dog is already in 10/10 perfect condition. Also, she criticized my dog of being of old age, and that was one of her excuses not to groom my dog. LAME!
