I had a fantastic experience here. The pharmacist did her due diligence and caught a mistake made by the doctor on dosing. She even followed up with the doctor and then circled back with me. I was so appreciative of the service!

We went to this pharmacy yesterday and we were actually advised to go this location because the Rexall pharmacy near the boxgrove medical centre did not have any of the antibiotic in stock. In fact, the Walmart location also had the antibiotic on back order. I was getting pretty desperate because this was medication for my son. Luckily, this pharmacy had the antibiotic in stock. The service by the pharmacist Willie Woo was great. He seemed very proficient and knowledgeable. He asked for my son's weight just to make sure the dosage the doctor calculated was correct. He said the prescription would take 10 minutes and he was probably done in 8 minutes. He explained to us how to administer the medication and then we left. I will certainly come back for all my future prescription.

Pharmacy extremely unprofessional and messed up my order on two occasions. I told the pharmacist I was in critical pain and we rudely just told to come back in a few hours when she was free .

The whole staff is incredible! They have been taking care of my parents pharmacy needs for years and I finally moved all of my prescriptions here a couple of years ago. I wish I’d done it earlier. The service is fast and friendly, and I appreciate the advice that they provide. I feel cared for here. So much more personal than the big chains.

I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for the past 15 years. Never had a problem. Friendly staff, good service.

Pathetic compounding pharmacy… they are always short staffed.. always justify this as the reason for delay… I begged them to process my son’s medication early and they said they have 10 more compounding to prepare and they cannot break the que regardless of urgency… being in healthcare and being so insensitive is unacceptable.. I will definitely look for other options

After being tired of the incompetence of the staff at Rexall, I moved my prescriptions here a year ago and wish I would have done it sooner. They are friendly, quick and efficient. Simply put they’re fantastic!

Quite literally the worst pharmacy I had the misfortune of going to. Unfortunately they were the only ones with the wash I needed. Stood in line for more than 20 minutes in hopes to speak to the pharmacist who was speaking on the phone. When I decided it wasn’t worth it, and wanted to just check out, the other associate just left to go on the phone. I’m not one of those entitled people to be impatient, but it’s ridiculous that after waiting THAT long, the pharmacist came and asked if I had questions. I said I just want to check out and leave because I did not have time. The pharmacist had the audacity to say “well I mean there’s only 1 pharmacist working.” No apology, nothing. I’m not stupid, there’s almost always “1 pharmacist working” everywhere else I go, they can just manage their time effectively and care about patients and their time. Especially if the patient is in pain. Definitely not coming here again.

Stay away from this pharmacy, it is a fraudulent pharmacy. My family doctor prescribed medicines for children and charged me 60 dollars. The government reimbursed me. I have already complained to the relevant departments, fraudulent
