Me and my mother stop by almost every week and the staff are always happy to help. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Overall service of the store is good, however the reason why I gave this a 3 Star was because that they tend to keep and sell expired bags of dog kibble without knowing (hopefully). They don’t check the expirey dates of their stock. Not the first time I’ve opened up a bag of mushy, molded kibble. It’s disgusting, the kibbles are more white from the molds than they are in their initial colours (brown). It wastes my time, effort, and money to do refunds.

We visit the store almost every other (if not every week) just to see how else we can spoil our kids. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

The staff are amazing! And solved several issues I had at the 16th avenue Global pet foods location! (Please see my review on their page or facebook page for more info). My pet Husky loves the associates, and I am well informed in regards to his food.

Good selection of better quality products. Friendly and knowlegeable stuff. Always great experience here!
