I would like to share review for the restaurant here. I had heard a lot about their daily lunch buffet and it was no doubt beyond my expectations. The food was delicious and hot and there were a lot of options, from seafood to roast to vegetarian dishes. The salads were fresh. A good variety of desserts as well. The only marks I would deduct for the noise as mentioned in many other reviews. But again the place was packed and there were big gatherings and get togethers so can't blame them. The buffet staff was courteous and polite. Our server was a nice, Asian lady. She was trying her best to attend to us. I could see she was very busy dealing with a lot of tables and customers so I don't blame her. Overall a very good experience and we would go back again.

This review is for the buffet. We visited the buffet twice during the holidays. Medium selection. Food was well prepared. Not much dessert selection. Service on the first visit was very good all around. On the second visit, we arrived about 90 minutes before lunch ended. The hostess asked if we had a reservation. We did not, and though it was not that busy, she seemed annoyed. The waitress did not come to our table. We had to flag her down to get drinks, and again for refills. Did not check on us at all. The cooks and buffet staff were very friendly. If you are going to the buffet on a holiday, I recommend making a reservation or getting there really early. The Lines were very long

I usually don't leave negative reviews like this, but my most recent experience at this location lingers in the back of my head every time I think about this Casino. I come to this casino for the buffet quite regularly, but my most recent experience was different from my past experiences. I ate at this restaurant on a Wednesday for the Pan-Asian buffet, with my family and friends. It was a typical Wednesday evening at this buffet, we pay, we walk in, and the server gives us our table. However this time, the server middle-aged Caucasian female who was serving my family refused to change the tables for us after she gave us a table right beside the front counter by the entrance, despite the restaurant having numerous available tables in the back. The whole time, her attitude and her responses were short and negatively-toned, and it gave off the vibe that she was treating my family unequally due to our ethnicity. As soon as she refused to change the table for us, a different server an older Asian male noticed the issue, approached us, and helped us get a new table in the back immediately. After my family was done dining, I got up again for desserts. As I walked down the restaurant towards the desserts section, I saw her again, and this time, we made eye contact. She was staring at me with disdain and disgust. This eye contact lasted for a few seconds, and I can confidently say that she had something against me. This has totally ruined my experience with this casino's buffet, despite dining here numerous times. I'll still come to this casino for the food, but I hope the management could see this review, and seriously address the issue with the attitude of servers towards the customers.

Friendly staff checked us in as soon as we walked in the door. Very clean room, quite comfortable. Signed up for the player's club, again friendly staff. Casino floor is well laid out. Attended a concert, great facility. Had breakfast in the morning, $9.00 for delicious eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, toast and coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

I really love coming to this venue for concerts, but lately, things have been compromising the experience. I mean, what is the point of paying top dollar for the front row or the ends of key sections 3/4 if you're just going to let anyone freely cram their way up the aisle or into the front row seats? I saw security walk through one time and the kid was too intimidated to do anything. I truly appreciate the challenges that come with crowd management but catering to your highest paying patrons by having a little more control would be appreciated.

I have been to the lunch buffet a few times and really enjoy the food here. The price is cheap with so many varieties of food. Fresh salad, lots of choices of dessert and Asian food like dim sum and fried rice. Once the food is almost gone, staff replace immediately. Will come here again. Highly recommended. Dinner menu is awesome too, but I find lunch is worth more.

We needed a night to stay since we were conducting business in the area. Faith the front desk administrator was very professional, handled my requests, and was very attentive when I advised that our room was not properly cleanedpopcorn and candy wrappers throughout the carpeted room. The check out process was efficient, the pool and hot tub was great for some laps and hot plunge.

Went to the lunch buffet Nov.13, 2022. Nothing was even warm. It was all dry and sure didn’t taste any good. The desserts were dry too. The whip cream was the best out of all the desserts. For 20.00 each one would think it would be way better then a Chinese buffet. We will never go there again. Waste of money and the drive.

Talking about the buffet here: We have loved this place for years. 2-to-3 date nights a year for sure. The quality of food is still really good, but… BUT!: service has slipped, the rewards/discount program has been revoked and it’s no longer worth the trip out for us anymore. On last visit we had a server who wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. Would ask questions and expect us to answer as he walked away. It wasn’t even that busy! I would have ordered more drinks than I did if he’d given us the chance! Felt more like a feed-lot than a buffet special. Sad : end of an era.

Here for a conference and I have absolutely no complaints. Room is quite spacious and is nicely appointed with a mini fridge, kettle, and TV equipped with Chrome Cast. The bed is extremely comfortable and rivals my bed at home and I have the Fairmont bed, so that’s saying something!. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Casino has a restaurant open super late, which was great when a colleague and I checked in at 10PM and wanted to grab a bite. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Calgary.
