Karim is friendly and reasonable. His level of customer service is excellent!

We are here for few months, our first month here so far  has been great & Karim has been great to deal with & very accommodating with the needs of his guests I would highly recommend Sunbeam suites for short & long term

The apartment was very comfortable and clean.  It was great value for money and the price included wifi, cable TV, and parking.  It was very spacious.  Karim was very polite and courteous.  I will stay there again on my next rip.

One of the best hotels I ever had in my last 10 years of business tour. Recently I was looking for the best executive suites in Calgary for my annual business tour. Through online, I found Sunbeam Suites and contacted Karim Owner. He was responded fast and done the good hospitality. Thanks Sunbeam Executive Suites. Will visit again.

Recently I visited Sunbeam Suites for one of my business meetings in Calgary. It was really a pleasant stay for me during the last 2 months. Found it very clean and well maintained. I will recommend everyone for the luxurious and spacious executive suite in Calgary.

Made two separate inquiries for a rental, I was never replied to.

Needs cleaning and maintenance. We were disappointed and felt shortchanged on value.
