Very helpful staff and very good service. I recently bought a used car, happy with the experience. Special thanks to Javier, who helped me thru every step of the transaction. Even after the sale was completed he took the time to help me  to choose my winter tires.

Subpar service and experience. I visited 6 dealerships over the weekend in search of a used car. Antoine was the least professional salesman I encountered of them all. He provided nonsense answers in full confidence, and was annoyingly pushing the extended warranty several times. We got our car elsewhere.

Called in today, September 12th for the 2019 buick regal. Front lady answered the phone I told her I'd like to speak to a salesman she said okay and hung up the phone on me and never picked up again and I called like 20 times today. Horrible service just simply horrible. I ended up buying a regal from Toronto today. You just lost yourself a serious customer with money in pocket.

What a waste of time. If the vehicle was sold yesterday evening and I am scheduled to look at it the following day, don’t you think you could call me then instead of literally 15 minutes before my appointment? I am furious. I took the metro and bus all the way from downtown Montreal to go look at this car, and I had cash in hand. Totally unprofessional.

Never ever try this cheap and rude dealership people The woset customer service and sales persons they are really trying to make you to buy their warranty and insurance and even they don't gave you the certificate of the car unless you pay them bcaz they ll get thier comission horrible customer service The guy i don't know his name but was very rude and resist By the phone they told us 100% the car is nogciable but when we reach there the guy told us it is not nogciable even a $ We were really shocked When I ask him why you told us by the phone that come yes the car is nogciable than he said I don't know who do you talk with So???? You are not responsible for what your colleagues is talking with a customer????? Every is just ofter you to make you buy thier other products than the car Horrible  horrible !!!

If possible I would have given something lower than this. Totally unsatisfied by their service. The sales person gives you promise and offer that they never fulfill. I didn't take their 3 months insurance which they were trying to bring down my throat forcefully. And guess what they gave me a car which: 1 was as dirty as it could getNot at all cleaned 2 Just after I did all the documentation of the car, I found that the AC belt was making a lot of noise. I brought it to the notice of the person in charge at the showroom. But guess what he told me that you are not insured by us for this carbecause I refused to take their 3 months warranty. Seriously? I mean I didn't take the car out of the showroom yet and they are already telling me that sir we gave you a car with some issue and we will not look into it. I made the person in-charge to sign a letter indicating this condition and in case if the problem persist after few days as well then they will be fixing it. But who knows I am emailed them and waiting for their response as the problem still persist. I say a big NOOOOOOO from my side to go 35 kms off the main city to their showroom.  Just zoom in the below pictures to see how much mud I brought along with me when I bought the car from them.

Great experience buying from Grenier Occasion! Bought a car from QC and brought it back to ON.  Andrew and Félix were very helpful and made it an easy process and a great customer experience.  Would be happy to recommend!

WARNING! DO NOT RECOMMEND! First, I paid $1538.63 for the preparation package at the beginning to make sure I received a clean and good condition car. However, They still sold me a car with a dangerous hidden defect that could have potentially killed me.The garage discovered that the muffler was leaking, allowing exhaust fumes into the passenger compartment. I could have died because of the harmful gases. About 1 month after, I went to the garage again to swap the winter tires off and they discovered that the summer tires they gave me were heavily used. They weren’t good anymore. For safety purposes, I had to purchase new summer tires. Secondly, they have the WORST customer service. The  $1538.63 package was supposed to also cover any mechanical problem within 3 months and 5,000 km.  When I discovered the leaking muffler, I contacted them immediately. Front desk pushed me to different people, but no one resolved my issues. I had to fix the defects at my own cost that day.The following days, I contacted this dealer again and again. Finally a guy started to help me with my issue after 3 days, but he just gave me all kinds of excuses to not cover the fix.
