My experience as a customer with Greencity was excellent. Today I booked Greencity to drive me from my home to my medical appointment. The cab came slightly ahead of my pickup time. In conversation with the cab driver I indicated that I would like Greencity to drive me back home from my appointment but could not give them an exact time for my pickup. I gave the cab driver an estimated one-half hour block of time when I anticipated to be finished with my appointment. After my appointment I called Greencity and was surprised that their cab was already waiting for me in front of the clinic. Needless to say I was very impressed with Greencity's service not to mention their courteous drivers who drove the shortest distance to my destinations.
I have used this service several times. Overall experience has been pleasant. However, cab often does not arrive on time. Drivers most of the time do call to inform they will be late. Drivers have been friendly and their cars are clean.
New to Winnipeg, and I was very nervous booking them because of the bad reviews and people were saying taxis are really unreliable/unsafe in the city. I was worried I would miss my flight. Pleasantly surprised: came 10 minutes early. Only quibble is that the driver couldn’t find the address and being new, I don’t know the cross streets and walked in a circle for 7 minutes wheeling my luggage because he wanted me to find his car. Other than that, driver was nice/courteous. Also kind of weird they don’t drive you to the right departure gate and you have to walk with your luggage. But at least I got to the airport on time.
Driver showed up 10 minutes early with a clean vehicle that smelled great. Took me to the airport quickly and helped me take my luggage in and out of the vehicle.
I called this company at 1:08 pm, requiring a 10 min ride to the airport. The controller said the wait time would be 15 to 20 min. At 1:35 I called back and the controller said another 5 min. I had called Unicity at 1:25 and Duffy's at 1:40. Duffy's and Unicity showed up at 2 pm, My Cab never did. I missed my flight. I'll never call them again.
Booked online, one hour in advance. Needed two cars for a group. Quick, professional response by email. Driver called when they arrived, 5 minutes early, for pickup. Comfortable, clean cars, great drivers.
Had booked well in advance of aft, got a confirmation .15 before the set time that cab was on the way then.the.minute it was due, said my trip was cancelled. Ironically a cab passed the same time & picked up.someone down.the street. Must have been a better fare? Will not use again.
Driver was on time, very friendly. The car was very clean, good service on Nov 24th.
They provided prompt and high quality service. The driver was very professional and personable.
Car was clean and great service, also my driver Mr. Sidhu is a very nice person and very friendly Highly recommend Green city taxi
