I used the app to pre-book a ride to the vet for the next morning. The driver showed up 5 minutes after the arrival time I specified so that was good enough. I then booked a ride back from the vet which matched me with a driver that arrived in 5 minutes. Both drivers were very friendly and respectful. Only thing is that despite the app showing you a picture of what your driver looks like as well as the model of the car, if you're going into a crowded parking lot it's tricky since the car often has fairly tinted windows and you don't get the color of the car. I can get over it though because the service itself is good, convenient and what Winnipeg's been needing for a while now.
Was almost late for an event I was hosting, reserved a ride and no one came. I had to call a cab. I have deleted this app and will only use Tapp car from now on, which by the way I highly recommend Tapp Car. I use them often and have never had a problem.
Got charge $35 for what is typically a $20-$25 ride. Messages customer support and no reply. Will never use another cowboys taxi. Edit for owner: Had the ride Sunday the 15th at 2:00 a.m. Used the contact us under cowboy taxi website. Thanks for getting in touch
I had a ride pre booked for weeks on the app to take myself and my husband to the airport. No car ever showed up.I could have been late for my check in for my flight. Luckily, Duffy's Taxi showed up within ten minutes of calling them. Thanks for nothing.
Reserved a ride several hours in advance and no driver ever showed up.
No management at all and their in charge is so irresponsible.For the last two weeks I was not get paid for my work with them because I was unable to pick up two of their customers.When I called the local office number she said it's just an answering service.
