Managers were so friendly. They were prompt in returning a phone call and accommodated my schedule for the initial sign in/register. Nice clean facility. i would highly recommend.

Great folks! The rates and hours have only improved since I started my lease. Also, I love a good family business.

Went to a storage auction here. Started 45min late because the auctioneer had a schedule conflict that made the 50 or so of us wait for her. The "auction" was 1 unit with a refrigerator and a few boxes that sold for $90. The whole thing was over in 5min. It was a huge waste of time. I won't be attending another

One of the worst self storage companies I have ever dealt with. The manager, Cheryl, is one of the rudest, nasty people I have encountered. They will be very accommodating when you call to set up storage, but after that - her hours are 9am-10am M-F. If you are more then 15 days late, you have to pay in Cash - they will not accept a check (regardless if you have never bounced a check with them) and she will not make accommodations to meet you outside of her 9-10am hours. At 45 days late they schedule you for auction. They do not try to contact you other then a few phone calls. They will not send a certified mail notice because they are not required by law. They will not work with you AT ALL. If you lose your job and are struggling to make payments they will not accept 'half' payments of any denomination. You pay in full or at 60 days (in cash - money orders are not even accepted) your unit is auctioned. I feel they are more interested in auctioning peoples units rather then working with their customers. They do not plow in the winter and the gate is NEVER locked. Anyone can have access to your unit off the street. Then when you do pay on time and give them a check they hold it for weeks without cashing it. It can really screw up your book keeping if you are not diligent in watching your transactions. I am moving my stuff from this facility immediately - I advise you to do the same or better yet do not even store your things with them to begin with. There is no working with you if you fall on hard times - they want to auction your unit and do not care about their customers.
