It's a Green P. Good rates. Not as much graffiti as other areas of Kensi. Great city view from the roof parking.

Probably the only car park worth going to to be honest. I've always found parking here and I've never had a major issue here. The stairs could use some cleaning but otherwise solid parking spot.

Great locAtion right near china town and Kensington market. Parking is only $9 flat rate on weekends! Easy convenient location!

Great lot. Good location. Parked most of the day, paid my fee; machine took my ticket and printed NO receipt. So I had to PAY to work in Kensington again yesterday I got a $40.00 ticket for parking near the jobsite, since I can't claim parking without a receipt. Will not park there again.

Kensington Market is a densely populated area with lots of stores and very limited parking. The carpark makes it much easier to frequent as many stores that I want.

Amazing view of the city at the top level. The stairwell is sketchy and gross but that's typically expected in the downtown core. Didn't like how there were police officers who kept staring me even though I was just taking photos and doing nothing suspicious.
