Even if you reach them on the phone they will take your visa and promise to send your email confirmation from head office! It doesn't come so you end up battling with their unreliable machines and paying twice. Avoid!
I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now for a monthy pass, they have told me it was processed but I did not receive it and now they won't return my messages
Do not use! Left stranded for over an hour! No one answers any phone number!!! Could not get out of parking lot! If I could give no stars I would. Will be taking them to consumer court.
Worst customer service ever! They are a total rip-off and feed on praying customers. Someone should take them to Consumer Court!!
